Arrival / departure:

The apartments can be occupied from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival, please move out by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Of course, there is the possibility of luggage storage in our house if you arrive earlier or leave later.

Bread roll / TV newspaper:

From 8 a.m. you will receive 2 fresh rolls per person every day. A current TV guide is available for you.

PKW parking lot:

A private parking lot is available to you free of charge on our property, which is locked at night. 

Various supermarkets (open Mon-Sat from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.), petrol stations, cafes, pharmacies, doctors, restaurants, boutiques, banks, all of which can be easily reached on foot.

A cozy park (Fürstenplatz) with a children's playground is only a two-minute walk away from us.

Not far away you will find the Olympic Stadium, the Waldbühne and the Berlin / ICC Exhibition Center, all of which can be easily reached on foot or by bus, underground or S-Bahn.

The entire area, especially the nearby Grunewald and Teufelsberg, invite you to jog, go for a walk or go on long bike rides.

With public transport (the bus line 104 stop Hessenallee is approx. Two minutes away, the underground station Neu-Westend approx. Five minutes and the S-Bahn station Heerstraße approx. Ten minutes) you can reach all sights of Berlin quickly and easily. 

By car: via A100 / A115: Exhibition grounds exit (approx. 5 minutes)

ZOB: Bus 104 in the direction of Brixplatz to Hessenallee station (approx. 5 minutes travel time and approx. 3 minutes on foot)

Central station: S5 to Heerstraße station (approx. 17 minutes travel time and then approx. 10 minutes on foot)

Airport BER: RB7 to main station, then with the S5 to Heerstraße (approx. 1 hour travel time and approx. 10 minutes on foot)
